Public health over profit
Under the tobacco control grants program of the Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids, ImagineLaw is advocating for Congress to amend the Republic Act No. 9211, or the Tobacco Regulations Act, to adopt a comprehensive ban on tobacco advertising, promotion and sponsorship and and to protect public health policies from tobacco industry interference by removing tobacco industry representation in the Inter-Agency Committee-Tobacco.
