To help local governments implement the guidelines of the Philippine Government on social distancing and quarantine, ImagineLaw prepared a template COVID-19 Prevention, Control, and Management Ordinance, and a template Executive Order on Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) in March 2020.

ImagineLaw also provided technical legal support to Members of the Senate and the House of Representatives to aid in the legislative deliberations for Republic Act No. 11469 or the Bayanihan We Heal as One, as well as the Department of Transportation in drafting relevant guidelines for the road sector to implement the said law.

ImagineLaw also prepared a template Anti-Discrimination Ordinance to aid local governments in addressing harassment, violence, and discrimination against persons with COVID-19, health workers, and other front liners.
